Cindy Randall

Mrs. Randall was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio.  A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Mrs. Randall began her teaching and coaching career in Vandalia, Ohio at Morton Junior High.  After marrying an Air Force computer engineer she moved to Hampton, Virginia where she taught high school government and geography and coached the varsity girls' indoor/outdoor track team at Hampton High School.  In 1992, Mrs. Randall completed her M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from the College of William and Mary and began her career as a high school counselor.  In 1996, the Air Force moved Mr. and Mrs. Randall to Warner Robins, Georgia and Mrs. Randall began her career in Houston County.  She began at Houston County High School as a counselor when she was selected to participate in the Houston County Leadership Program.  In the spring of 1999, Mrs. Randall completed her Educational Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Georgia and was hired as the Assistant Principal of Feagin Mill Middle School.  After serving three years at Feagin Mill, Mrs. Randall was hired as the Principal of Bonaire Middle in the fall of 2002.  Mrs. Randall is married to Scott Randall, a systems engineer at Robins AFB, and has one son, Jordan, a 2010 graduate of Houston County High School who attends Georgia College & State University.


Marlon Robinson
Assistant Principal for Instruction

Mr. Marlon Robinson has been in education for 19 years. He started his teaching career with the Houston County School System upon completion of his Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education. He has an Associate's degree in Secondary Education from Middle Georgia College, a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education from Fort Valley State University, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently working on his doctorate degree in educational leadership and higher education at Nova Southeastern University. He was honored as "PHS Teacher of the Year" in the school year 2004-2005. For 6 years, Mr. Robinson coached PHS Girl's Softball, PHS Girl's Basketball, PHS Boy's Basketball, and PHS Baseball. He is married to Marien Robinson and is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. He currently resides as the church administrator of Greater Word of Deliverance Ministries, Incorporated in Perry, GA. After teaching high school mathematics for 11 years, he was selected as assistant principal of Bonaire Middle School in 2009.


Lisa Hill
Assistant Principal

Mrs. Hill came to education after a 15 year career in business and industry and has been with the Houston County School System for 17 years beginning her educational career at Rumble Middle School.  In 2001, Mrs. Hill joined the Jaguar family and was named "BMS Teacher of the Year" for the 2007-2008 school year.  Mrs. Hill has spent the last 16 years in the largest classroom in the building teaching information literacy and reading support.  She also serves as adjunt instructor at Georgia Military College teaching Ethics and Critical Thinking.  She has a B.S. in Communications and Marketing from the University of West Georgia, an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Georgia College & State University, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University.  Mrs. Hill is married to veteran educator Ricky Hill and has three daughters.  She enjoys kayaking, scuba diving, and reading.
