Administrative Team

Mrs. Alyson Keenom is a product of the Houston County School System and began her teaching career in 2004 at Houston County High School as a Math teacher. After 9 years of teaching in the classroom, she served as the Assistant Principal for Instruction at Houston County High for 6 years. In 2019 she became a proud Bonaire Jaguar as the principal of Bonaire Middle School.

Mrs. Keenom earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from Valdosta State University. In addition, she has a master’s and specialist degree in educational leadership from Georgia College and State University and is currently working on her doctorate at Columbus State. Mrs. Keenom is married to Chris Keenom who works on RAFB in civil service. They have two amazing boys, Chace, an 8th grader at Bonaire Middle, and Colton, a 4th grader at Bonaire Primary.

Mrs. Foster is a product of the Houston County School System and was a science teacher for more than 15 years.  She attended the University of Georgia where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Science Education.  She recently received a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia Southern University. She spent most of her career at the high school level teaching biology, environmental science, and anatomy. Mrs. Foster then moved to Bonaire Middle where she taught  7th grade Life Science for four years before becoming the assistant principal of instruction.  Mrs. Foster is married and has two sons who attend Houston County schools.
