Mrs. Syler grew up in Houston County schools and is a Bonaire Middle and Veterans High School graduate. She went on to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Middle Grades Education from Truett-McConnell University in Cleveland, GA where she ran Cross County and Track. She currently lives in Byron with her husband and dog, Winston.
