My name is Shawon Moody and I teach 7th and 8th grade Science this year. This is my 17th year in education. I have taught all subject areas in grades Kindergarten-12th grade in Houston and Bibb County Schools. I strongly believe that all students deserve the opportunity to learn.  I attended Georgia College and State University where I received a Bachelor’s degree in History and I attended Troy University where I received a Master’s degree in Post-Secondary Education with a concentration of History. I have three beautiful daughters and one dog, Bootsie. I love spending time with family, traveling and watching movies.
