Dr. McDuffie began her career in education in 1993 as a social science teacher at Crisp Co Middle School where she remained for 8 years. She then taught history and economics at Wilcox County High School for 6 years. While there, she was the head coach for varsity competition cheerleading and for the middle school golf team. She has served the Houston County School District as a counselor at Bonaire Middle since 2007. Dr. McDuffie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education- Social Sciences from Georgia Southwestern University, a Master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama, a Specialist’s degree in Educational Leadership from Albany State University, and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University. She loves the challenges and rewards of helping youth develop into mature, productive, and responsible members of our community.
